Hondo is the only son of Ted that I own. He
prefers to heel cattle - is a very strong minded dog. It has
taken a while to get he and I on the same team. He was
sold as a youngster. I had been able to work him and just loved
it! Hondo has a nice amount of thinking instinct. He
can be pushy with cattle and then very gentle with a day old
lamb. His trialing career has just started at age 7. We
had some 'communication' problems. =-) I think
when you see him low heel or turn heads on cattle with ease - you
will be pleased, that he is an Aussie.
